Working Method:
High Shear Batch Emulsifier(mixer) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The products could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The Unit consists of a centrally located shaft, connected to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different stators to suit different working condition.

Explosion-proof ABB Motor 3 Phase   The KQ series of intermittent type high-shearing homogenization emulsion machine are high-powered stirring systems. Lower part has particular stator-rotor structure to make the material be high-shearing dispersed ,homogenized and emulsified intensively .Middle has high speed dispersed propeller-blade to assist with blending and homogenization .Upside has liquid flow under press type dispersed propeller-blade to control flow fluid effectively and process more thoroughly .
