General Description

The Nylon Monofilament Screen Mesh are ideal materials for water filtration, medical filtration, food processing, air filtration, as well as automotive, chemical and other industrial filtration, made it as nylon monofilament Mesh Filter bags type ,filter sheet type, would be a perfect and economic liquid filter media to work together with bag filter housing systerm in the liquid partical seperation and filtertion process. The term ‘Monofilament’ means that each thread used in the construction of the cloth is a single smooth solid strand instead of many smaller diameter threads twisted together, as in a spun or multifilament material. These monofilament threads are perfectly round in section, and extruded to very precise and uniform diameters. Nylon Monofilament is a versatile material due to its great strength, flexibility, long life and resistance to abrasion.Mesh size 10-600 mesh, conventional width 120cm, 127cm,165cm,182cm, maximum width up to 365cm micron rate from 10micron,25micron , 50micron to 1500micron. Food grade NMO mesh and sillicon free mesh is also availble for specific and high quality demand
