Nylon Industrial Brush Bristle Nylon Filament PA46

Nylon Industrial Brush Filament are perfect for softer condenser and heat exchanger tube deposits such as mud, silt, and slime. The countless number of nylon filaments ensures that softer deposits are effectively agitated and removed from each tube. These brushes are also perfect for internally enhanced tubing in which metal projectiles may not be able to be used.

Nylon Fiber PA46 is uaually used as Industrial Brush Filament, Disc Brush Filament, Cleaning Brush Filament, Hairbrush Filament and tube brush bristle, and PA46 has better features of bending recovery strength, high temperature resistance up to 295 centigrade, wear resistance, impact resistance and effective cleaning ability etc. Nylon brushes made of PA46 can remove the dust and other objectives easily without leaving damage on the surface.
