1. Coagulant dosage:
According to the turbidity of the raw water, use a dosing device to evenly mix the coagulant into the pipeline mixer.
2. Coagulation and sedimentation:
Suspended solids and colloidal particles in water generate coarse alum flowers for automatic precipitation, achieving solid-liquid separation, reducing the burden of filtration, and saving backwash water consumption.
3. Filtering:
The residual small alum flowers are intercepted by the filter layer, resulting in a turbidity of 0.4~1 NTU in the effluent;
The filter layer is composed of 4-7 different media filter media, which can trap solid particles in the filter layer and achieve a cleaning rate of over 98%.
4. Disinfection:
After being disinfected by an electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generator, it flows into a clean water tank.
5. Automatic backwashing:
The increase in the interception capacity of the filter layer causes the water level to rise. When the design requirements are met, a bottom-up backwash is carried out, and the filtration is automatically restored after the flushing is completed.
The backwash water is provided by the filter water tank, with a backwash strength of 8-66l/s · m ², The recoil takes 3-6 minutes.
