Multi-effect Aqua Water Distiller

The distilled water machine should be installed in the plane of the base, the base behind from the wall above 0.7 m, on both sides of left and right has the aisle above 0.8m, the front has the operation area above 1.2m. Request distilled water machine placed upright vertical. Steam inlet is an inch internal thread inlet valve. (User self-provided).

Raw water sink higher than pump suction inlet above 1m, raw water can be directly sent to the pump suction inlet by the water sink, if the height less than 1m, or send water to pump suction from a distance water sink, the raw material tank should configure pump to send water to distilled water machine water pump, and keep more than 0.3Mpa water pressure, waste water drain pipe should keep unblocked, shall not set valve or large resistance pipe fitting.

The steam pipes and condensate pipes should along the flow direction have a slight tilt, avoid pipe inner seeper. Distilled water pipe should be adopt stainless steel tube, slightly tilt along flow direction, distilled water exit tube should lower than distilled water outlet height. (maximum height not higher than condenser bottom)

Indoor keep dry, the above of the motor and electrical appliances must not have water dripping, enter into this machine the wires have protective equipment, comply to the electrical equipment installation requirements. When Experimental pump rotation to ensure there is water, cannot no water running, this equipment AC power supply is 380V three phase four wires, white, red and blue for fire wires, black is zero line. 

1.Working Principle

Just as rain is produced from evaporation followed by condensation to liquid, our  water distillers produce "rain in a chamber" as regular tap water is heated and vaporized into sterilized steam and then condensed back to it`s original pure liquid state. All the contaminants including viruses, bacteria, organic and inorganic chemicals, toxins, heavy metals, cysts and other pollutants are left behind for you to see as you pour them down the drain. The result is 100% purified, clean, safe and great tasting water. It`s the way Nature intended it to be - PURE and FRESH as newly formed rain.
