A:This heater requires an electrical outlet to operate.

Q:Can I insert this in a fake fireplace? 
A:This heater does not require any ventilation and will work perfectly in fake fireplace.

Q:Can this be set up with a smart plug to automatically turn on when the smart plug is turned on?
A:This electric log insert has a thermostat already built in, so it does not need a smart plug to turn the heat on and off automatically. We have to advise against using a smart plug.

Q:Did the lights are bulbs need replaced? And by what method?
