Main Frame Material shall be low alloy and high strength plate from Bao Steel Group, which conforms to the National Q345 standard of GBJ591-79 by chemical propriety and GBJ591-79 on its mechanical performance with the yield stress greater than 345Mpa.The steel matches ASTM 572 grade 50 standards. The structure should be a 3 pieces built-up (plant welded) tapered “H” section column and beam with pre-drilled holes to be determined by designing requirements. 2. Secondary Structure: Material to be ordered in high strength and must conform to ASTM A570 grade 50 with full mill certification reports for each shipment. The purlins and girts to be zinc coated roll-formed “Z” or “C” section with pre-punched holes for field assembling. 3. Roof Seam lock roof panels 0.6mm, 50mm fiberglass insulation, Linear roof sheet 0.4mm and skylights 60m2 4. Exterior wall 0.5mm external sheet in galvanized painted steel, 50mm fiberglass insulation, 0.4mm linear sheet in galvanized painted steel; 5. Windows 12.8m x 1.8m, 4 sets; 5.4m x 1.8m, 1 set; 3m x 1.8m, 8 sets; PVC sliding/fixed windows. 6. Doors 4 sets of 5m x 4m rolling up doors on side walls; 7. Gutter and downspouts Coated galvanized steel gutter and downspout meet wall color to be selected by customer. 8. Including trim and flashing, mastic, sealant, closure, self-drilling and self-tapping screws all necessary to provide a complete building. Trim and flashing material shall be 26-gauge galvalume ASTM A755 grade 345Mpa minimum yield strength. All accessories to complete the warehouse are included, unless other stated. 9. Foundation shall be concrete foundation wall with footings under exterior. And a slab seat on foundation wall to serve as ground floor. Foundation is not in scope of Platinum. Building Information
