    Instructions     1.Usage:   Cold use 1, store cold pack in freezer for 1-2 hours, or put it into freezer when in urgent need. It should be wore on the eye when   used.        2, wrap in a lightweigh towel before use. 3, Last for about 30 to 45 minutes.   Hot use 1, Place pack in the heated water for 8 minutes. 2, Remove pack from water with tongs, wipe dry, place pack against forearm to check for desired temperature, if too hot, let cool. Last for about 15 to 25 minutes.   2.Caution 1, This product is inedible. 2, Pls don't use the product should there be any defective area. 3, Pls don't heat directly in microwave oven 3.Precaution: The ice bag can only be used for external medication. If eye or skin should contact the content, it must be washed by clean water thoroughly.
