Yes, we can offer OEM service. First, the customer offers sample. Second, we need to ask the production department to arrange the sample testing. Third, custom confirm the sample, if ok, please sign on sample and we will produce for you.    4. How Should I Clean My Glass Tile? Glass mosaics are easy to clean by wiping with a damp cloth. To remove stubborn stains use a commercial nonabrasive cleaner like window cleaner or a solution of soap less detergent. The surface should be scrubbed, rinsed thoroughly with clean water and dried.    5.Where are glass tiles and mosaics commonly installed?  Glass tiles are so popular because of their versatility and ability to be used indoors or out. Glass is impervious to the effects of moisture making it popular for use in bathrooms and spa locations in commercial and residential settings. Used in outdoor settings, such as pools or courtyards and mosaic patterns on external walls, sees the true nature of glass at its very best as the light permeates and throws a true and rich depth of colour. Glass tiles can be used to cover entire wall surfaces or as feature details and trim pieces in tub surrounds, showers, bath vanity tops, splash backs, swimming pools and more. They add an immediate ambience in areas as diverse as residential bathrooms to malls, restaurants, auto showrooms, hotels and more!    6.Should I use a sanded or non-sanded grout? Depending on which products you choose, a sanded grout may be necessary. Typically anything with a grout joint larger than 1/8” will require a sanded grout for stability such as with the pebble, irregular mosaics, and porcelain tiles. For glass, metal, aluminum mosaics, and any other materials that are subject to light scratches, a non-sanded grout is recommended. If grout joints are anticipated to be larger than 1/8” or movement is expected in the application, then an additive must be mixed in with the grout for stability or flexibility.   Installation Guide:   1) We suggest to adopt professional adhesives and joint filler and part of products should adopt neutral adhesives.   2) Use special ash knife to sweep 2-3mm thickness adhesives after cleaning pavement surface.   3) Use dentate trowel carve to score out waviness on the flat mushy adhesives.   4) When you pave mosaic, please pay attention to that the joint between every piece mosaic is same as the joint between chips.   5) Tenderly pat the surface of the mosaic to ensure it is glued evenly.   6) About 20 minutes later, the adhesive is totally dry and fill the joint fillers in the gaps with special sponge knife.   7) After 30 minutes, the joint filler is semi-dry and you can use wet high density sponge to wipe 1-2mm concave joint, which can better show the highlight effect of products.   8) Use dry towel to clean and finish installation.    More information ,plz visit our website http://www.qrcmosaic.com   If you are interested in our mosaics,plz send us an inquiry ,thanks!
