The automatic water is mainly used to produce paper cup cakes such as the magic castle cake, gold, etc. Capacity is 500 kg, 1000 kg/hour/article, and can be specially designed according to the special requirements of customers. This machine adopts the most advanced cooling, pressure, high speed automatic beating fittings, according to a variety of different products, can mix raw material uniformly before beating. Using the most advanced food-grade rotor pump, material characteristics will be maintained in the uttermost. The transmission distance for 12 meters may detach the beating slurry area from the producing area, so that products organization more and more exquisite, stable, good color and luster, taste good, long period. The beating machine can overcome the problems more easily than the original beating eggs machine, such as, coarse products, unstable quality, short shelf life, poor taste etc.
This machine also adopts computer programming system with compact structure, concentrate function and simple operation. It is supplied power by cylinder following its track and ration squeezing out automatically and accurately.
