  Product Description Zinc phosphate coating agent is intended to produce highly corrosion resistant, non-metallic, zinc phosphate coating on iron and steel surfaces. The coatings have great adherence and provide substantial protection from rust by bonding the final finish of stain, oil, wax or paint to the treated articles. The treatment produces a uniform coating and is especially suitable for rust proofing threaded pieces and articles with small holes or recesses. Main application / advantages 1.       Pretreatment Generally, we use a 5 stage pretreatment system which provides superior pretreatment for powder coating final quality, appearance and performance. 1. First cleaning. The item is rinsed in stage 2, making sure no cleaning chemicals are left before stage 3. 3. Treat the piece with a phophate solution that creates an adherent coating, paving the way for a supper stick surface for powder coating. 4. Stage 4 is another rinse in which any extra phosphate is removed. 5. Seal risnses the piece against rust. It also helps to extend salt spray performance.   FAQ 1.
