The secondary packaging machinery---- automatic cartoning machine including carton erector, auto bags or boxes into carton packing, carton sealing, auto baler and conveyors. The finished products after packing are palletized by Robot Palletizing System for easy transportation.
The secondary packing line- Carton Box Packer have following types according to the way the materials are loaded into the carton:
1. Drop box packing line(packing bags into carton);
2. Grab sucker carton box packing line(Topload box into case packer);
3. Side push type packing line(box into carton);

1. This Carton Box Packing Machine unit includes one set of horizontal connecting belt conveyor, one set of weight checker, one set of climbing conveyor, one set of carton opening machine, one set of carton filling machine, one set of carton sealing machine, one set of no-power taking off conveyor, etc.
2. This machine integrates the functions of bags connecting, bags conveying, bag weight checking, carton opening, carton filling, carton sealing ,etc.
3.The machine has good sealing performance and can meet customer’s hygienic requirements.
4. All the electrical components and control components adopt local and foreign well-known brands with reliable performance, such as Siemens PLC and touch screen, Delta converter and servo motor, Schneider and Omron electrical components, etc. Man-machine dialogue platform, both the operator and debugging personnel can set parameters through the touch screen.
5. Can be equipped with check weigher and robot pelletizing system for realize more functions
