The steel grade is Q235B and Q345B. All steel components are calculated based on structural analysis and load. The production procedures mainly include flame cutting, welding&combination, mechanical rectify, mechanical punching hole, shot blasting for rust removed, and surface treatment with painting or galvanizing.
