Introduction (1) Function: The pre-pressing production line is used to make oilseeds to crude oil. (2) Use range: Our production line is suitable for all kinds of oilseeds, such as soybean,sunflower seed, peanut, rice bran, rapeseed, sesame, cottonseeds, etc. (3) Pre-pressing production line includes pretreatment equipments and prepressing equipment. Pretreatment equipments which is pretreating the raw material include: shelling equipment, separating equipment, flaking roll. Pressing equipments which is pressing the raw material into crude oil include: cooker and screw press machine.   2. Advantages (1) Our shelling equipment has a high output and save power.     Brief introduction of crude oil extraction machinery   1. Introduction (1) Function: Leaching system is an oil extraction through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent. (2) Use range: Solvent extraction fits for pre-press extraction of high-oil-content materials and direct once time extraction of low-oil-content materials. (3) Main parts: The extraction series includes rotary extractor, toaster, 1st evaporator, 2nd evaporator, stripping tower, condenser, etc.   2. Main parts (1)Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor (2).Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil). (3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal. (4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying. (5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it. (6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling. (7). condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.     3. Main Process (1) The material (for pretreatment) is sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor. The material will extracted by the solvent or mix oil. After this step, we will get meal and mix oil. (2) Meal is sent to toaster. Through the toaster, the solvent in the meal will separate from the meal. The solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction. (3) After the mix oil from the rotary extraction enters into 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator, most of the solvent in the mix oil is separated. (4) The mix oil from 2nd evaporator goes to stripping tower and almost all the solvent is separated. From the stripping tower, we can get crude oil and solvent. The solvent is sent to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction.   4 . Advantages (1) High oil yield , obvious economic benefit . (2) Residual oil rate in the dry meal . (3) Improving the quality of the meal . (4) Low processing cost , high labor productivity.     Brief introduction of crude oil refining machinery :   1.Introduction (1) Purpose: Oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil. It is suitable for refining various crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, soybean oil, corn oil and palm oil, etc. (2) main parts: refining pot ,decoloration pot ,deodorization pot , oil pumps and other parts (3) Advantage: a . After refining the impurity of oil must be less than 0.2% ;              b. Recycling system save power and money ;              c. Lower oil waste.   2.Working process (1)Pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, then the temperature will reach about 70-80℃ after one hour. Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6 hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank. (2)Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110℃ after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.   (3)Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with vacuum pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.   3.Functions of main parts (1) Refining section: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing. (2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate. (3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil. (4) Dewax: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil. (5) Heat-transfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280℃. (6) Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation. (7) Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg. (8) Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.
