Product Description  Manufactured sand is produced from various kinds of stones such as limestone, granite, river stone, marble, etc with sand maker, so that's how this machine gets its another name garnet sand making plant, the sand maker usually consists of two types of crushers, one is vsi sand maker, the other is fine sand maker, usually a complete garnet sand making plant includes vibraing feeder--primary crushing-seconardy crushing----screening, the sand washer is optional according to the condition of the raw material. 2. Working Principle of the garnet sand making plant
Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported by conveyor belt. However overlarge material will go back to Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customer’s requirement.
