Double blades, proper clearance and high cooling effect gives excellent dispersion . Its production is 5 to 6 times more than an ordinary mixing mill thus saving on labor and electricity.

125L banbury internal mixer , internal mixer, banbury mixer has a common bed plate for all parts and require no foundation.

Mixing chamber can be tilted which enables easy cleaning, because of this, different coloured compounds can be made nice.

6) Construction Mixing Chamber and Rotors: The mixing chamber is fabricated from alloy steel is W-shaped.
