It adsorbs the clean, dry compressed air selectively. It makes use of the characteristics that the different adsorption amount of carbon molecular sieve for the O2 and N2 within a certain time. When the clean, dry compressed air flows into the carbon molecular sieve, the O2, CO2, and H2O in the air are selectively absorbed into the micropore of molecular sieve, but the N2 becomes product which is not adsorbed while through the absorption tower. When the carbon molecular sieve saturated with the O2, CO2, and H2O, it can discharged them into atmosphere by decompression desorption. Applications:

           Principle PSA nitrogen technology utilizes two towers which are filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Compressed air enters  the bottom of one tower. While the smaller oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the CMS, the larger nitrogen molecules  pass through the sieve and are stored. Once the CMS of the working tower is saturated with oxygen, the regeneration of  the CMS in the tower starts to work by depressurizing, and while another tower is switched to start the process over again.   Customized capacity, purity and delivery pressure are also available.         Our Services   Our service department is formed by a skilled team of engineers.
