This concrete mixing plant features a JS500 twin shaft concrete mixer, PLD series 2-4 bins concrete batching machine based on customer material types, a cement silo, weighing system, control system, and more. With a capacity of 75m3/h, this batching plant can also be equipped with concrete pumps or block making machines for different project requirements. Our plant is designed to provide high-quality concrete production and efficient operation, meeting the needs of various construction projects.

The concrete mixing station is mainly composed of five major systems and other auxiliary facilities, such as mixing main machine, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system.Because the building aggregate measurement compared with the station aggregate measurement, reduced four intermediate links, and is the vertical material measurement, saving the measurement time, so the production efficiency is greatly improved.
