Q 1.Do you provide OEM or ODM service ? A: Yes.we can offer OEM service.We have our own designer team too.  

Q 2.How can I get a sample of towel? 

A  (1). Please provide your requirement details about the towels including the material,quality,size,grammage or weight,pattern,etc., then we are able to offer you a reasonable price. 

    (2).Send us the sample you have,and we can offer the corresponding sample according to yours.

Q 3. What's your acceptable payment term? A: Our usually payment term is T/T, L/C,Paypal, etc.

Q 4. Can you use bleach on these towels? A: No, please do not use bleach on these towels. The bleach will dis-color the colored towels and will make fine cotton less soft and break down the cotton fiber for a shorter life. 

Q 5. What express do you often use to send the samples? A: We usually ship samples by DHL, TNT,UPS, Fedex or SF. It usually takes 3-5 days.   We will choose the cost-effective and fast express company. 

Q 6. Can I use fabric softener on these towels?A: No, please do not use fabric softener on these towels. Fabric softener and dryer sheets leave a chemical film on the towel, making them less absorbent.
