Working Principle 
1.The motor spinnes the atomizer device in high speed. 2.The atomizer under negative pressure situation in the high speed,thus the water can be suck and spary from the atomizer bidy. 3.Meanwhile,the water be break i to small parliculate by the high speed and centrifugal force. 4.The water parliculate hit on the plastic teeth which on the skirt of the atomizer disk,they be break twice into smaller parliculate with 10micrin diameter like the mising. 5.With the fan blower,the misting spout out,so that makes the air become humidity. 6.Be use to the principle of Air Evaporative Cooling,the misting brings the heat from air.
