Product description
The KX/KC compensation wire thermocouple is a commonly used temperature measurement device used to measure temperature in high temperature environments. It consists of wires of two different metal materials, usually copper and copper-nickel alloy.
The working principle of the KX/KC temperature compensation wire thermocouple is based on the thermoelectric effect. When the contact points of two different metal materials are at different temperatures, an electromotive force is generated. This electromotive force is proportional to the temperature difference at the contact point. By measuring this electromotive force, the temperature at the contact point can be determined.
KX/KC compensation wire thermocouples are characterized by good linear characteristics, stability and high temperature resistance. It can work in the temperature range of -200℃ to 1200℃ and has high measurement accuracy.
KX/KC thermocouple Wire thermocouples are commonly used for temperature measurement in industrial process control, heat treatment, gas thermal power stations, petrochemicals, metallurgy and other fields. It can be used in conjunction with temperature transmitters, recorders and other equipment to achieve accurate measurement and monitoring of temperature.
