High Temperature Resistance Delrin POM Plastic Sheets

DELRIN plate DELRIN rods are extruded at high temperature by DELTPN plastic particles through an extruder and extruded through corresponding die ports to obtain plates of different thicknesses. It is a high melting point, high crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. Due to the excellent characteristics of DELTNT, it is very suitable for machining on automatic lathes, especially for the manufacture of precision parts.

Characteristics of the DELRIN plate DELRIN rod:

1. DELRIN plate DELRIN rod is a copolymerizable polymer with no side chain, high density and high crystallinity, and has excellent comprehensive properties.

2. DELRTN board DELRNT rod is a kind of hard, dense material, black or white, which can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40-106 °C. Its wear resistance and self-lubricity are also superior to most engineering plastics, and it has good oil and peroxide resistance. Very resistant to acid, not resistant to strong alkali and not resistant to moonlight ultraviolet radiation.

3. DELRIN plate DELRIN rod is a crystalline plastic with a sharp melting point. Once it reaches a rapid rate, the melt viscosity drops rapidly. Decomposition occurs when the temperature exceeds a certain limit or the melt is heated for too long.

Application:
