Our company purchases steel for the bucket teeth pin from some large steel groups, such as Shanghai Baoshan Steel Mill, Beijing Shougang Group, Hangzhou Steel Mill, who provide steel with not only good mechanical properties but stability of chemical component to make sure of the high strength of our bolts. More importantly, we purchase the steel mainly including 40Cr, 35CrMo, 42CrMo to enhance the stability of our bucket teeth pin.

First, we have already owned High-precision Digital Machining Center for mould making in special Mould Workshop, which decides the high quality of mould. Consequently, the beauty and accurate size of our bolts can be guaranteed.
 
Second, we use cold heading and hot upsetting to produce the bucket teeth pin. The different technology of producing can be chosen according to the features of bucket teeth pin.
 
Third, heat treatment is utilized. We adopt the Controlled-atmosphere Automatic Heat Treatment Furnace to guarantee the good quality and stability of our bucket teeth pin.
 
 
3). The total quality control system
 
We have established a total quality control system which means we perform quality control from buying raw materials to different machining procession and to final packing. We have many high-tech testing instruments, such as Torsion Tester, Peel Force Tester and Metallographic Microscope and etc. which determine the excellent quality and appearance of our bucket teeth pin.   4).  Wearlessness of Bucket pins   For bucket teeth pin ,after thermal refining,then do surface treament,to assure the enough inside hardness and outside wearlessness.
