   Core veneer dryers is designed to dry core dry press plywood , hardwood veneer plywood and other plywoods with the jet box and the pressing feed rolls. The core dryer blows hot air at high speed directly on face and back surface of veneer. Core dryer machine has the advantages of simple operation, safety and practicality, stable operation and easy maintenance ,hot pressing-leveling-drying are finished at the same time &and others.The use of hot air circulation has greatly reduced the operating costs of enterprises, improved the quality of sheet materials and increased the production volume. The roller plays a role in ironing the veneer. After the veneer is dried by Shine 2 deck veneer dryer, the veneer is flat and the moisture content is relatively uniform. Our company developed and produced biomass combustion machine for boiler and thermal oil furnace, can burn all kinds of biomass fuel. which can reduce the combustion cost of heating equipment greatly.
