The Vacuum Meat Bowl Cutter is composed of cutting bowl, knife shafts, racks and electrical control systems. The bowl is rotated by the motor at a low speed of the motor and continuously delivered to the knife group. The knife shaft is driven by a dual -speed motor (or inverter motor) via the belt. While the raw materials are spiral -type motion in the pot, the blade group is stirred and chopped and cuts out of the air in the meat. Due to the high -speed cutting of the knife, the product's liquid juice separation rate is reduced, the emulsion effect is guaranteed, the product is enhanced the product elasticity and delicateness. The main shaft bearing uses imported original Swedish SKF bearing, which is reliable and long life. The main bearing uses an automatic lubrication system, automatic oil injection, provincial labor and time, convenient maintenance, and improves the operation rate of the whole machine.
