  Product Description     Disk centrifuge is high efficiency,large capacity and advanced automatic machinery which is suitable for the lower suspension liquid and proportion dissolve liquid.It is the essential machinery for pharmaceutical,chemical,bio-products and beverage etc.The principle is based on the centrifugal forces,so it can achieve the separation purpose.The Disc Stack Centrifuge superior to the other separator or centrifuge is the advanced automatic system. Disk centrifuge can be categorize for two type based on the automatic system level: Model DHC is the fully automatic operation,discharging,running and cleaning by the PLC controller.Another model DRY is the manual discharging which is better for the lower solid content liquid material. Application Industry Biodiesel Plant oil(corn oil,peanut oil,palm oil etc) Animal oil(fish oil,pork oil,chicken oil,cow oil etc) Beverage(Wine,Beer,Fruit and vegetable juices,Citrus juices,essential oil,coffee,tea,soy drink etc) Plant and Chinese Medicine extraction liquid (honeysuckle,tea polyphenols,radix isatidis,momordica grosvenori etc) Automatic discharging basic drawing The mixture fluid to be processed are fed to the bowl from feeding pipe,under the effects of centrifugal force,solids which has heavier density collects on the bowl wall,it include jams and impurities,collected in sediment holding space.After a while,the separated solids are ejected from the bowl at controlling of PLC.The intervals at which de-slugging have to take place depend on the quality of the mixture fluid.De-slugging include automatic de-slugging,total de-slugging,partial de-slugging.Normally customer don’t need total de-slugging ,put up partial de-slugging under the condition of effects of automatic de-slugging are bad.The interval between two partial de-slugging is up to two minutes,and electric current is normal.Then re-establish the automatic de-slugging interval.The lighter products(low density)flow along the inner side of the discs into the passage in the upper distributor,the lighter product is discharged from the machine by the centrifugal pump.Thus the mixture fluid is separated well.The centrifuge adopts self de-slugging and centrifugal pump.Thus the machine can work continuously for a long time,attain good separation effects in long run.   APPLIACATION Plant extracts are defined as concentrated preparations of liquid, solid or viscous consistency. Plant extracts can be used for pharmacy, to produce useful medicines, drugs etc. Plant extracts are also used in some beauty products (shampoos, soaps, perfumes), medicines, or food flavoring (like vanilla extract).
