Guillotine shear 16-3200 with NC controller -E21S
The frame is steel welded structure, have sufficient strength and rigidity, eliminate internal stress and high frequency vibration, to ensure the overall accuracy of the fuselage. Has a good rigidity, two cylinders fixed on the left and right columns (wallboard).
Shearing machine blades material is 6CrW2Si, high quality materials ,four cutting edges,our blades is shanghai brand, just 3/1000 feedback, long service life. All heat-treated, to ensure that it has sufficient hardness and long service life.
Tool carrier for welded steel plate box-type structure, has a good rigidity, high-frequency vibration to eliminate internal stress, through the rear pivot point gap adjustment device for the center, and can quickly adjust the blade gap. Three-point support rolling clamping rail, and to maintain good accuracy, the tool carrier running smoothly, and can quickly adjust the blade gap
