Product description:

Air-dried Field Run Bell Pepper New Crop are prepared from fresh red bell pepper, which have been selected, washed, peeled, trimmed, sliced, dried, and finished processed.  The product is not grown from Genetically Modified Seeds. Prior to packaging all the products have been inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination.

Ad Field Run Bell Pepper Free Of Sugar, pure and natural, no putrescence and vermin contamination, free from animal trace, fecal materials, metal etc.

Organoleptic evaluation:

Appearance: natural product color

Flavor: Characteristic red bell pepper

Moisture: 10% max

Packing: 20kg/ double blue polyethylene-inliner bag, hot sealed, strong cartons outside

Loading condition: about 9tons/20FCL, 18tons/40FCL or as customized.

Storage: store the product under fresh & dry conditions, temperature at 20-25 °C, do not leave product exposed.

Shelf life:

Dehydrated Bell Peppers shelf life is 24 months from manufacturing date when kept in its original packaging and is stored according to above mentioned conditions.
