It belongs to building material equipment, and used to calcine cement clinker. Rotary cement kiln is the core equipment of new dry process cement production line. It is the main equipment to calcine the raw material which has been grinded and confected into clinker under high temperature, commonly known as “heart of the cement plant”.   Working principle of rotary kiln   Raw meal powder is fed into the cylinder through the tremie pipe at the high end of the kiln tail, due to the slope and rotation of the cylinder, the material make a composite motion—it rolls in circumferential direction and at the same time moves in axial direction from high to low end. After decomposition, sintering and other technical processes, the raw material is calcined into cement clinker and discharged from the bottom of the cylinder to the cooler. Sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head, the fuel burns in the kiln and the heat it emits heat the raw material, making the raw meal calcined into clinker.
