working principle

During the operation of the crusher, the safety spring is always in a vibrating state, so the spring is prone to fatigue damage and must be inspected frequently and replaced regularly.

The motor in the transmission device drives the two crushing rollers to rotate in opposite directions through a triangle belt (or gear reducer device) and a pair of long-tooth gears. This gear is a special standard long tooth. When the crusher enters non-crushed objects, the distance between the two rollers changes, and the long tooth gear still maintains normal meshing. However, such long-toothed gears are difficult to manufacture and are often easily jammed or broken during operation. It is also difficult to repair the gears and make loud noises during operation. Therefore, long-tooth gear transmission is mainly used in low-speed double-roller crushers, and the peripheral speed of the roller surface is less than 3m/s.
