What is GEPON/EPON ONU?

EPON is also called GEPON.It is ethernet passive optical network.Use Fiber to transmisson network to computer or TV or Telephone.Pon technology use point-to-multipoint,which can use one fiber cable to provide network to many end users.

Port characteristics：

The order from left to right is：

Ø PON port：Connect the source end OLT device via a fiber optic

Ø RJ45 port：The equipment is connected to the user side through twisted pair, and the rate is 10/100/1000m adaptive

Ø Power Interface：Connect external power supply

Ø Power switch button

Ø Reset Button ：Returns the factory default.Press the fine needle into the hole for more than 8 seconds and the system will return to the factory default
