FEATURES:
The model CC5120J gear shaping machine is designed for cutting spur gears, either internal or external, multi-stepped cluster gears and segment gear with diameters less than 200mm and modules less than 4mm. If special attachments are mounted on machine, it also can cut rack, helical spur gears, shaft gears and taper gears, clamping of workpiece is secured hydraulically and back-off of cutter saddle is achieved with help of a hydraulic damping device.
This gear shaping machine features high performance characteristics, high rigidity, smooth running, stable accuracy easy operation and high productivity and is thus suitable for single, small-lot and batch production in machinery, automobile and tractor industries.
