Gas Generators with Cummins Engine 205kVA

Cummins Gas Generator Set 165KW / 205kVA, It adopt the dragon -type cylinder which be founded by high-strength cast iron, and made by the multi process machining shape, it has sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness which improve the stability of the genset, it is easy to maintenance and lengthen the life time and save much running cost.

1). Engine
ETONE series natural gas generators are adopt the Cummins gas engine with Stamford brand alternator. And Cummins gas engine adopts the America ignition system and pottery rotate high power lead spark plug.

The ETONE Natural Gas Generator features advanced process, rational structure, reliable performance, low noise and vibration, easy to start as well as convenient in installation and maintenance. They are applicable for oil production, various pump stations, small power station as so on.

2). Alternator
Original Stamford & Marathon Alternator with brushless self-excited, AVR, H Class Insulation, IP23 Protection.

3). Control System
Adopt the top brand Deepsea controller( DSE510, DSE5210, DSE5320, DSE5220 etc) and ComAP Controllers( MRS-10, MRS-16. MRS-15 etc) with manual, automatic & remotely operation for the users.

4). Test & Commissioning
Each generator has been got through 2 hous load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and one hours overload testing

5). Standard Accessories:
Standard radiator mounted on skid, common steel frame, circuit breaker, damper, exhaust pipe, battery, shock pad, operation manual, silencer, test report and certificate

6). Warranty
All equipment is warranted for a period of 1000 hours or 12 months fro mthe date of commissioning.
