The Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) also called Final Random Inspection (FRI) is the most important inspection. This inspection checks and ensures the conformity of your final production to your initial specifications and international standards.   The FRI protects you against the risk of importing non-compliant products. The inspection is performed on-site in the manufacturer's premises when 100% of the production is completed and at least 80% of the goods are packed.   Our accredited inspector checks in the factory the completed products, the packaging and the packing by sampling according to the method AQL and your own specifications and requirements.   Upon completion of the inspection a detailed report is sent to the client and an inspection certificate is issued if all the findings are positive.   The comprehensive inspection report with lot of photos, comments and observations shows you the real quality of your production and also the found defects. This unbiased report allows you to accept or reject a production knowingly.   If the level of noted defects is higher than the authorized level such as defined in your initial specifications, the entire batch is rejected. In practice a rejected lot will most often be corrected, and a second inspection paid for by the vendor will then be organized by our inspector.     Final Random Inspection key points
