JIZHOU ZHONGYI FRP CO., LTD., formerly known as JIZHOU ZHONGYI FRP Factory, introduced the technology and equipment of Italian Vertroresina in 1986 and became the first professional enterprise in China to produce filament wingding FRP storage tanks, FRP pipes and other products. In 1992, JIZHOU ZHONGYI FRP was the first company in China to introduce the production technology and equipment of FRP mortar pipes from Italian Sarplast, which was the largest FRP mortar pipeline in the world at that time. By digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology, combined with the company's own characteristics and China's national conditions, JIZHOU ZHONGYI has achieved many achievements by relying on independent research and development and cooperation with relevant scientific research departments, especially in the design, manufacture, installation of FRP vessels, towers and pipes. The production and installation of mortar pipelines are at the leading domestic level, and have the ability to manufacture in accordance with relevant international standards. After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts, the technical level and product quality of our company have been continuously improved, and the scale of production and operation has been steadily expanded. Now JIZHOU ZHONGYI has five plants, total coverage area is more than 250,000 square meters, with FRP storage tanks and FRP pipes as the main products, and has the proprietary technology of FRP flue gas pipe connected cooling tower and chemistry for power plant, FGD spray pipe, acid and alkali resistant special storage tanks, molded and pultruded profiles, grating and cooling tower, JIZHOU ZHONGYI has become a first-class FRP enterprise in China.

With the unremitting efforts of ZHONGYI people, in 1986, China's first filament winding storage tank was put into use in the chlor-alkali industry; in 1987, China's first filament winding tower was put into use in the steel industry; in 1988, the first complete set of equipment for ammonium phosphate engineering was put into use in the fertilizer industry, it was produced according to German standards; in 1994, the first batch of FRP mortar pipes in China were put into use in the water supply and drainage industry.....

After more than 30 years of development, the company has gradually formed a diversified industrial structure, in the field of thermoplastic composite material product has also made a breakthrough, the introduction of domestic advanced PE, PVC pipe production lines, products are sold to worldwide regions.  At present, the company's annual production capacity of HDPE pipe is 10,000 tons.  The production adopts the international advanced technology and the industry advanced automatic computer control production equipment, product varieties and specifications are complete from dn25 to dn800, and passed the international authority inspection and testing, mechanical properties and health indicators are up to the relevant standards.
