First  grade silicon carbide,it's SiC can be 97.5% Min ,F.C can be 0.3% Max ,Fe2O3 can be 0.5%max.

It is made from quartz sand and high quality anthracite under high temperature inan electric resistance furnace.

,can be as deoxidizer and high temperature resistant material and Refractory materials.

 Being used for produce the abrasive tools and also fit for process the grind metals and non-metals material 

of low tensile strength, such as grey cast iron, brass, aluminum, stone, leather and hard rubber etc.

 Also can be used as refractory materials and in electronic industry.

Silicon carbide is very hard, with excellent thermal conductivity, as a semiconductor and high
temperature resistant to oxidation.
