1. What is the payment terms acceptable ?

• Normally T/T is appreciated. L/C for old customers only .

• T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment .

• L/C at sight .

2. How do I know if my order has been received ?

• When we get your order by mail or fax, we will sign back the PI to you by mail or fax. 

• We'll also email you to confirm we have your order.

3.When will my order be delivered ?

• You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. 

• For special items, normally 40-50 days. 

• We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.
