The original method is cooling the fragmentated beer in one can, which has the disadvantage of slowing cooling rate, uneven cooling rate. It effects the utilizatin of the fermenter and the beer tastes, in view of this problem, our campany introduced this set of equipment beer fermenter cooling system. It uses two cans cooling system method, pouring beer into another fermenter, this can cool the beer within a very short time, reduce the fermention time of cooling, improve the utilization of the fermentor, and the beer temperature is uniform, and help to improve the beer tastes pure and soft. The equipment uses the most advanced imported heat exchanger as the main body, with a compact consture, small space, high heat transfer coefficient, less temperature difference, less heat loss, low scale formed tendency, low cost, easy maintenance. Refrigerant medium is alcohol in water as commonly used by breweries, very easy for beer industry.
