chassis, xichai 370hp EGR engine, FAW 10 speed transmission, 300 wheel
reducer rear bridge, 300 double layers boom, 12.00-20 rail tyre,
automatic air-conditioner, etc.
FAW heavy duty mixer truck, the mixer tank volume is 15cbm. And the
reducer, hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump adopt Italian imported PMP.
The tanker material uses Q345

The basic advantages of mixer truck:
First, large volume design for the mixing drum, making the mixing drum
with large loading space and mixing space, etc. avoiding the leakage
when climbing.
Second,
the mixer blades are manufactured by the high strength and
abrasion-resisting alloy steel QSTE420TM, the abrasion ability is about
40Mn to 48Mn, one-formed casting.
Third,
the mixing drum adopts integrated automatic welding( making sure the
welding quality); the mixer drum adopts shot blasting and anti-rusty
treatment, long the mixer truck lifetime; the mixer drum is processed by
the large lathe(making sure the concentricity, and discharging evenly,
the resident is zero)
Fourth, inlet bucket and the movable outlet bucket installed chute liners, improves the lifetime.
Fifth, the mixer truck with low center of gravity, making the mixer truck driving safe and reliable.
