Veneer Roller dryer is specially designed for the core veneer drying. The main objectives of drying veneer by veneer dryer machine are to dry it: (1) flat, (2) fast at minimum cost, and (3) to a uniform moisture content suitable for gluing for plywood process. The dried veneer by the roller veneer dryer has the uniform moisture content, flat with no end waviness, no splits and surface is in good condition for gluing for plywood making line. The biomass burner as the heat source can provide hot air to the dryer to make sure the sufficient heat impinged on the wet veneer in an efficient manner. At the same time, waste wood dust, the tree bark from debarker and waste veneer from peeling lathe were burned as the fuel directly, which solved the waste accumulation in the venneer plywood making factory.
As the heat source of the core veneer drying machine, Biomass Burner or furnace is the patented product we invented and it is environment friendly, low emission and ultra-low operation cost for drying veneer. The fuel source can be the waste wood after peeling or the tree bark, rind, wood chips and wood craps.
