EN-B Indoor super clear EVA film/ eva interlayer film/ eva adhesive film/ eva decorative film for glass lamination

EN-B  clear eva film is specially for indoor decorative glass.    It has very good adhesion to PET, PP, PVC, silk, wire, glass fiber, fabrics etc.       From 2015 we improved the formula and make it more clearity and easier laminating process.     Advanges:  1. Suitable overflowing  Melt index:15; 2. Easy laminating even at low temperature. 3. Good adhesion with any insert materials, like PRT,PP,PVC, Silk, Sire, Glass fiber, fabric.etc.     Laminating instructions:    1. Prepare and cut the EVA film into right size according to the following structure:        glass+EVA film + glass    2. Put the overlapped glass into silicon bag and seal  silicon bag well.     3. Activate vacuum pump for 5-8min till  vacuum value reach -0.095Mpa to double checking the vacuum is good.      4  Set up the laminating temp. and time  and start heating.The following data based on 5mm glass +0.40mm  EVA +5mm glass.
