1.Detailed Product description:
Electroplated saw blade is one kind of diamond saw blade,It is used for cutting, grinding and polishing marble, granite, glass, ceramic ,fiberglass as well as a variety of other materials. With diamond on the face of blades as protective segments, it is great for used on angle grinders or stone saws to achieve effective cutting performance. Special styles also could be made upon request. With flange and without flange are both available, Used on angle grinder or handheld circular ,disc`s two sides are coated with diamond .and one side coated diamond ,whose as you chose.
The common grit for cutting stone is 40/50
Flange: Normally M14
Brake pad processing( electroplated diamond is suitable):
D:200/205 H:40/50 X:5/6 Grit: 40/50
Eg: round-shaped saw blade
electroplated CBN is suitable for Automotive sealing strip
D: 250/300 H:35 normal X:5/6 Grit:40/50 with positioning bore
Eg: Hexagonal pattern saw blade
There are some holes in our saw blades, which is used for muffling the noise, de-water, removing debris.
