Feeding Unit
Variable frequency control of the main electromotor.
Vacuum assisted feeding system ensures the bending board be fed correctly with high speed.
The position of the right side baffle is electrically adjusted.
Skip feeding device is available. The max length is 1400mm.
Special fan sufficiently eliminates the dust and scraps on the surface of the board to improve the printing quality.
The max width of the feeding paper is 2600mm.
Printing Unit
The phase is 360 degree adjusted by electric planet gears. Keyless junction and foot-operated on-off make the plate loading and unloading convenient.
The plate roll axial adjustment is hand-operated. Range is 0-10mm.
Drum type rubber roller ensures the quality of the ink distributing.
Pneumatic circular ink supply system.
Ceramic anilox roller can be chosen.
Enlarging print area: 1200*2400mm.
Satisfy the printing plate bundle of board, apply to bundle of standard plate strips.
Slotting Unit
The phase is 360 degree adjusted by the electric planet gears. Keyless junction.

Cushion axial floating automatically to improve the utilization rate of cushion. The range of floating is 0-20mm ( from middle to left or right ).
Speed difference self-compensating function.
The axial adjustment of platen roller is hand operated. Range is 0-20mm. ( from middle to left or right ).
