Electric Cartridge Heater for 3D Printer Heating

The Single Head Heating Pipe (also known as barrel heater and single head electric heating pipe) adopts high-quality high-temperature resistant nickel chromium alloy heating wire (Ni80Cr20), high-purity magnesium oxide and Stainless Steel shell sheath as the main raw materials, combined with special manufacturing process, which can ensure the stable performance of the heating pipe even under harsh working conditions.

Single head heating tube can increase sufficient heat in a short time. Electric Heater Rod is widely used in various industrial processing fields such as Plastic Industry, 3D Printers, Hot Runner System, Packaging Machinery, Medical Equipment, Semiconductor Industry, Paper Industry and so on. 

In addition to the conventional heating of metal molds, it can also be used to heat gases and liquids.
