Eckardt water level controller Summary 244LD intelligent displacer level (interface) level transmitter is designed based on Archimedes Buoyancy Principle. It can be used for measuring liquid level, interface and density. Principle The buoyancy of displacer 4 is transmitted to the sensor 3 via lever 1 and the torque tube 2. In measuring range, the voltage is proportional to the buoyancy, and as the input signal is transmitted to the electronic amplifier. Through the electronic amplifier, voltage is converted to 4-20 mA two-wires output signal. In the two-wires system mode, amplifier is powered by the signal current circuit.
