EBZ320 Boom-type Road Header for Coal Mining

The roadheader series for mining range from EBZ132 to EBZ320 . They are all equipped with powerful, geometrically optimized transverse cutter heads, which are proven to provide efficient cutting performance in a wide range of rock formations. Transport tunnels, shaft sinking, rehabilitation of existing tunnels and excavation of underground caverns, are just a few applications where these machines have successfully demonstrated their great flexibility.

(1) All electrical control devices have obtained explosion-proof inspection certificate.
(2) The roadheader is equipped with a starting alarm device and a front and rear illuminator.
(3) The transmission system of cutting mechanism and loading mechanism is equipped with overload protection device.
(4) The starting and stopping sequence between the oil pump motor, the cutting motor and the second transport motor, there is a locking device in the electric control system.
(5) Hydraulic system adopts filter device, and also pressure, oil temperature, oil level display and other protective devices.
(6) The electronic control system is equipped with an emergency cut-off and locking device, and an emergency stop button is also installed on the other side of the driver's seat.
(7) Equiped with internal and external spray system and filtering device and protection function.

Product Features

· The hydraulic system adopts the form of " triple pump", which has the function of self-circulating filtering of oil.

· Automatic refueling system provides work efficiency and reduces work intensity.

· The water system is equipped with a backwash filter, which is automatically cleaned to ensure that the water spray of the pipeline is always open.

· The hydraulic system uses imported filters with" three-stage filtration", which has high filtration accuracy, effectively delays oil deterioration and emulsification, and improves the service life of hydraulic oil.
