Description:

 

     This series of products is a compound lead salt heat stabilizer, developed by special technology. It integrated with heat 

stabilizer, lubricant, anti-oxidant, and light stabilizer, which makes it dust-free, multi-function and high efficiency. 

It applies to the processing of PVC profiles, with good internal & external lubricity and performs good heat stability, 

weatherability, welding and processing properties even under different filler systems. 

 

Properties:

1. White or yellowy flakes.

2.This series is based on dibasic lead phosphite,and effective in combination with other auxiliary stabilizers and antioxidants.Therefore ensure the heat stability and weather ability of the products.

3. Rational and efficient lubrication of the product can reduce the friction heat when products processing, so as to save consumption of stabilizer.

4.Good Plasticizing effect,good melt liquid when plasic processing,just meet the products high speed extrusion.

5. Effective lubricant gives bright surface of exquisite products to increase the aesthetic feeling.
