Specifications The line is designed like a tower,includes raw materials drying,sieving, materials storage,metering, mixing and packing etc.

According to customers’ requirements and their scale of investment, PUDA customizes for them the economical and high quality of turnkey projects. Our promise is based on our knowledge of customer’s product, usage of high quality of assorted equipments and our extensive experience. 
There are three types of line to fit your needs: simple type, semi-automatic and economical type, and full-automatic and high efficiency type.   The dry mortar production line consists of:
• Drying and screening equipment for raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine.
• Lifting equipments for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveyor, big bag discharging system and passenger and goods lift.
• Storage system for raw material: main material silo and additive silo. They are designed according to the materials’ bulk density,
PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The silos are equipped with air cannon, level indicator and pressure reliever.
• De-dusting and recycling system: dust collector on top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
• Feeding system: Gravity feeding section - pneumatic conveying and assistant valves;
Mechanical assistance feeding section - screw feed and vibration feed.
• Mixer, finished product silo.
• Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk packing system.
• Air supply system and piping : air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, piping .
• Accessories of raw material silo: level indicator, pressure relief valve and air cannon.

1. Raw material conveying system with features of high efficiency, stability, reliability and environmental friendship According to the characteristics of material, we use different kind of lifting equipments. Bucket elevator is for bulk granule, mixture of granule and powder; pneumatic conveyor suits powdered materials; big bag discharging system is appropriate for material in bulk bag; and passenger and goods lift is for small bag.   2. Batching system
The body of the batching system is cone-shaped to prevent bridge forming during batching process. Pneumatic cushion is used to help material discharging and minimize material residue. Three load cells are collocated in shape of triangle to make balance. The pneumatically controlled discharging gate can open quickly and widely to ensure high efficiency and minimum leakage. 3. Accurate and homogenous mixing system
PUDA’s horizontal mixer can meet high efficiency and good quality of mixing during batch-mixing process. It is suitable for handling dry plaster, cement, adhesive, padding, indissoluble materials, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemicals, feed and filling materials. The equipment can homogenously mix caked materials with flying blade. High efficiency: Mixing capacity can reach 5-10batches/hour and mixing uniformity is above 99%. Reliable operation: PUDA’s mixer equips with PLC and visual operation. This operation system could be set into full-automatic or manual. The mixing time is adjustable based on the mixing result, which could be available with sampler that connected to the mixer.
Easy maintenance: A gate on the wall of the mixer’s barrel makes it easier to observe and access to do necessary checking and repairing. It is easily to alterate all the parts in process of producing and installing. 4. Accurate packing system and bulk handling technology
PUDA supplies more than 10 types packing machines to meet the needs for different products and bags. Packing range is 10-50kg, 500-2000kg. 5. De-dusting equipments to protect the working environment
Well-known brands of dust collectors are used to meet the strict national and international standards. The dust leakage will be controlled towards zero. 6. Advanced and reliable pneumatic control system
This system adopts screw air compressor, piston type air compressor, cooling and drying machine, gasholder with international well-known brand.   7. Reliable, stable and ergonomic control system
Our control system consists high efficient Microcomputer and humancomputer interface, high speed and accurate weighing system, worldfamous low-voltage apparatus and self-developed professional controlling software. Semi-automatic, automatic and manual operations are simply switched to make the controlling more flexible and convenient. Every part of the process in the production line is monitored through a custom designed system. This system has self-checking function and will colorize CRT which displays the process of production if any abnormal situations happen. The system will remind the operator to check up and fix the problem. This system also has feeding material formula managing, batching report printing and error reporting functions.
