Dry Mortar Cement plaster production line    Introduction of dryer machine Rotary Dryer is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries Of mineral dressing building material,metallurgy and chemical,It can be used for drying Many kinds of materials such as: limestone slag,coal powder,stag,and clay stone,and It is made from rotary body,lifting blade,driving device,supporting device and sealing Ring.   Features of dryer machine 1.  Reasonable structure,high efficiency, low energy, consumption,convenient for transportation,and reliable operation; 2.  Therefore the consumption of the coal and the electricity is lower than the common ones,while the Production capacity is 10-15% higher. 3.  The operation is very simple and reliable.   Working principle of dryer machine  1. Bucket elevator transports the wet material into the feeder.  2.  Feeder sends the wet material into the rotary drier silo.  3. Feeder cover keeps the materials not leaking and maintain the temperature of pulp.
 4. Drum dryer rotates slowly by motor power to heat material evenly.
 5. Lifting plate: through the rotating of transfer cylinder and the mixing of the lifting plate, the materials are heated fully and the water is evaporated.
 6  Dust blower.
 7.  Dust collector cyclone: the dust generated by the mixing of the dried material in the warehouse was discharged out through dust fan and dust collector cyclone,this drying way is environmental.
 8. Discharging cover maintains the temperature in the silo, discharge the dry materials orderly.
 9. Rotary discharging feeder: The dry materials are transported on the belt conveyor through rotary discharging feeder.
10. Belt conveyor: the dried materials are transported into product stock by the belt conveyor or directly bulked.   Technical date of dryer machine
