T-SLOT ACCURACY TO DIN 650 Tolerance on slot width H12.(Tolerance H7 or H8 on request) Example: A T-slot DIN 650-28 H12 has a nominal slot opening (a) of 28mm for bolt size M24(1”). The T-slot height (H) according to the table below is 48mm. (1 mm = 0.03937 inch, 1 inch = 25.4 mm)
Production Process Routing 1. According to customer requirements to design drawings. 2. According to drawings to design the foam model (lost foam) and wooden model. Meeting the drawing size detection (Because the drawings are the finished size, the models are roughcast size). 3. The general product is a foam model. For example, send the foam model to the casting workshop, to remove the wet gas in the foam model by drying, in order to against blow holes in the casting 4. After drying, brushing foundry coating to prevent casting defect such as burnt-in sand, sand burning. 5. After the foundry coating is drying, then fill the model with resin bonded sand and the model will be buried into the earth for waiting to casting.
6. Before the completed casting will be take out, it must be waited for a period of time to be shaped. Then to clean the sand and deal with the casting sprue gate, the edges and corners and so on. According to the requirements, the small products can be burnished by sanding machines.
7. Have a castings material examination to ensure that we can produce the qualified products. 8. The first time drawing temper for the rough casting. 9. The rough machining for the products.
10. The second time drawing temper for the rough casting. 11. The finish machining for the products.
12. To examine the products(Flat-panel flatness- Diagonal measurement) 13. Packing, to process the appearances of plates 14. The product will be into storage and prepare to sale
